Every week we bring you a list of the top former Patriots players who continue their career in pro basketball.

#1. Dutch Boy Van Vliet, a 31-year-old guard standing at 6'4'' who graduated from DBU in 2018 after helping them secure the Heartland Conference Regular Season Co-Champion title, currently plays professionally in Holland. In a recent game last Saturday, despite his notable efforts, Van Vliet was unable to assist Den Bosch (17-11) to a victory as they were defeated 107-103 on the road by the higher-ranked Okapi Aalst (#3). The skilled champion recorded 12 points in just 17 minutes of play, showcasing his efficiency on the court. This marks Van Vliet's seventh season with the team, demonstrating his loyalty and dedication to Den Bosch. Despite the loss, Van Vliet displayed an impressive performance against Aalst, contributing 12 points, 1 rebound, and 2 assists. His consistent contributions on both ends of the court highlight his value to the team. Throughout this season, the finalist averages 4.5 points, 2.3 rebounds, and 3.4 assists per game, showcasing his versatility and all-around skill set as a player. Van Vliet's experience and leadership continue to make him a vital asset to Den Bosch as they strive for success in their upcoming matches.

#2. Chandler Jacobs, a 6'3'' guard who is 27 years old, is a former Rams alumnus from 2022. He previously played at DBU from 2017 to 2021, where he received the prestigious All-LSC Defensive Player of the Year award in his final year. Currently, he is playing professionally in Spain. In a recent game, Jacobs led his team, Clavijo, to a convincing 85-68 victory over the 14th-ranked Valle de Egues in the Spanish Segunda FEB, the third division league. He put up an impressive performance, scoring 17 points, grabbing 3 rebounds, and dishing out 5 assists in just 24 minutes on the court, earning him the title of MVP for the game. Clavijo, with a record of 14-11, currently holds the seventh position in the West group standings. With only one more game left in the Regular Season, that upcoming match will be crucial for Jacobs and his team. This marks Jacobs' debut season with Clavijo, and his impact has been notable, averaging 9.2 points, 2.3 rebounds, and 1.8 assists per game. His stellar display against Valle de Egues further cements his reputation as a champion.

#3. New Zealand's William Heather, a 6'11'' forward aged 26, graduated from DBU in 2024 and currently plays professionally in New Zealand. Despite his efforts, Heather, playing for the Manawatu Jets, could not lead his team to victory against the Saints in the New Zealand National Basketball League. The Jets (1-2) faced a tough challenge against the Saints (1-0) and suffered a 117-81 defeat in Wellington. In this game, Heather struggled to make a significant impact, managing to score only 3 points in 17 minutes of play. Although the Jets were outplayed by the higher-ranked Saints, currently sitting at #4 in the league, it is important to note that this loss occurred early in the season. As the competition progresses, there is still potential for the Jets to turn their season around. In the match against the Saints, Heather contributed 3 points, 1 rebound, and 1 assist. Despite his individual performance, the Jets were unable to secure a win. So far this season, Heather has been averaging 5.0 points, 2.0 rebounds, and 1.5 assists per game.

#4. In a recent game in the Australian Big V Conference, the Wyndham Devils secured a crucial victory against the Cougars with a scoreline of 108-98. Alex Holcombe, a 28-year-old Patriots alumnus from 2022 who stands at 6'9'' and plays professionally in Australia, played a pivotal role in the team's success. Despite it being his first game of the season for the Devils, Holcombe showcased his skills by contributing 5 points and 5 rebounds in just 19 minutes of play. Although his team currently holds the eighth position in the league standings, Holcombe's performance against the McKinnon team was noteworthy. He displayed his talent by adding 5 points and 5 rebounds to the team's effort. However, despite his commendable efforts, the Wyndham Devils narrowly lost the game. Holcombe's contribution on the court demonstrates his potential to be a key player for the team as they strive to climb higher in the league standings.

#5. South Sudanese champion Deng Dut, a 6'4'' guard who is 25 years old and graduated from DBU in 2020, currently plays professionally in Australia. In a recent game for Keilor Thunder, Dut was unable to lead his team to victory, as they were defeated by Northern Force by a score of 100-94. Despite his strong performance, where he scored 16 points, contributed 5 assists, and made 5 steals in 33 minutes of play, Keilor Thunder was unable to secure the win. In the game against Northern Force, Dut showcased his skills by scoring 16 points, grabbing 3 rebounds, and providing 5 assists. However, despite his impressive individual performance, his team was unable to come out on top. Throughout the season, Dut has maintained solid statistics, averaging 13.3 points, 3.3 rebounds, 5.0 assists, and 2.3 steals per game. Despite the challenges faced in the recent game, Dut continues to demonstrate his prowess on the court as a key player for Keilor Thunder.
