#1. William McDowell-White (6'5''-G-1998, played in 2013-17, plays pro in France) led his French team JL Bourg en Bresse to a 3-point victory against the eighth-ranked Chemnitz (2-4) 85-82 in the Eurocup in Tuesday night's game. He scored 13 points and added 6 passes in 27 minutes. JL Bourg en Bresse (5-1) is placed first in the Eurocup. But this is still an early stage of the season and everything may happen. It's McDowell-White's first year with the team. This season McDowell-White averages 9.3ppg, 3.8rpg and 3.5apg in four games he played so far.
#2. Experienced Julien Lewis (6'4''-G/F-1992, played in 2013-13, plays in Bulgaria) was the major contributor in a Spartak Pleven's victory against the closely-ranked Beroe (3-2) 87-77 in the Bulgarian NBL last Sunday. Lewis scored 14 points. BC Spartak Pleven (3-1) is placed fourth in the NBL. But the season just started, so everything may happen. Lewis has relatively good stats this year 11.0ppg, 3.3rpg and 2.5apg. Worth to mention he played also at Eurobasket Summer League, which helped him get the job in pro basketball.
#3. New Williams (6'1''-G-1996, played in 2017-20, currently in Turkey), who plays in the Turkish TBL (second division) could not help Konya BBSK (8-1) in their last game. Despite Williams' very good performance Konya BBSK was edged72-71 on the road by the lower-ranked (#6) Kahramanmaras. He was the top scorer with 21 points. Williams also added 3 passes in 22 minutes. The Regular Season already ended. It's Williams' first season with the team. He has individually a very good year with high stats. Williams averages 20.8ppg, 2.9rpg and 3.8apg in eight games.
#4. Nate Grimes (6'8''-F-1996, played in 2015-15, plays pro in Hungary) was not able to help Kormend (3-4) in their last game on Wednesday. Despite Grimes' very good performance Kormend was defeated 83-74 in Budapest by the higher-ranked Honved (#5). He recorded a double-double by scoring 15 points and getting 12 rebounds. But the season is still in its first stage and everything can happen. This season Grimes averages 10.0ppg, 7.0rpg, 2.0apg, 2.0bpg and 1.5spg.
#5. Alex Davis (6'9''-F-1992, played in 2013-15, plays in Japan) led Kagawa Five Arrows to a victory against the closely-ranked Try Hoop (8-4) 83-74 in the Japanese B3 League last Monday. Davis scored 14 points and blocked 2 blocks in 27 minutes. It was the game of the round between two top 4 ranked teams. Kagawa Five Arrows (8-2) are placed second in the B3 League. It was his team's fourth consecutive victory in a row. But the season is still in its first stage and everything can happen. Davis has relatively good stats this year 11.7ppg, 5.8rpg, 2.2apg and 1.3bpg in 10 games.
#6. Donavan Yap (6'5''-G-2002, played in 2021-24, currently in Slovakia), who plays in the Slovakian Tipos SBL was not able to secure a victory for Lucenec (1-4) in their last game on Wednesday. Despite Yap's very good performance Lucenec was defeated 89-77 at home by the leading Levice. He scored 15 points and added 3 passes. Yap has relatively good stats this season 12.8ppg, 2.4rpg and 3.2apg.
#7. Isaiah Hill (6'0''-PG-2000, played in 2020-24, plays pro in Slovakia) couldn't help Spisski Rytieri in their game against Blue Wings in the Slovakian Tipos SBL. Hill recorded 5 points and added 4 assists in 28 minutes. His team lost 76-91. Hill has very impressive stats this year 15.1ppg, 3.1rpg and 5.1apg in seven games.
#8. Leonardo Colimerio (6'7''-F-2001, played in 2020-24, plays in Kosovo) contributed to Vellaznimi's victory against the league outsider Bora 91-79 in the Kosovan Superliga last Sunday. Colimerio recorded 9 points. This season Colimerio averages 9.3ppg, 4.0rpg, 1.3apg and 1.3spg.
#9. Jalen Weaver (6'4''-G, played in 2023-25, currently in Bosnia) couldn't help Zrinjski HT in their game against Promo in the Bosnia and Herzegovina Division I. He cannot count Sunday's game as one of the best ones. Weaver recorded only 3 points in 20 minutes. His team was badly defeated by 19 points 95-76. This year Weaver averages 9.3ppg and 2.3rpg in four games.
#10. Deshon Taylor (6'2''-G-1996, played in 2015-15, plays pro in Kosovo) faced previously mentioned Leonardo Colimerio in the Kosovan Superliga last game. Taylor couldn't help one of league's weakest teams Bora (0-4) in their last game on Sunday. Despite his good performance the bottom-ranked Bora was defeated 91-79 in Gjakove by the one of league's weakest teams Vellaznimi (#7). Taylor recorded 10 points and added 3 passes. This season Taylor averages 5.0ppg, 1.5rpg and 2.5apg.
