#1. Cameroonian Pascal Siakam, a 6'9" forward who is now 32 years old, graduated from New Mexico State University in 2016, where he earned the prestigious All-WAC Player of the Year award that same year. Currently playing professionally in the NBA, Siakam was the major contributor in the Indiana Pacers' surprising and hard-fought victory against the Memphis Grizzlies, who hold a strong 6-2 record. The game, held on Wednesday night, ended with a close score of 107-103 in favor of the Pacers. Siakam delivered an impressive performance, scoring 20 points and grabbing 5 rebounds in just 30 minutes of play. This victory marked the Indiana Pacers' first win after enduring a challenging stretch of five consecutive losses, bringing their season record to a less-than-impressive 3-6. Despite the tough start, it is still early in the season, and much can change as the team continues to develop and compete. Individually, Siakam is having a very strong season, consistently putting up high statistics. He is currently averaging 21.3 points per game (ppg), 7.1 rebounds per game (rpg), and 3.8 assists per game (apg). His contributions on both ends of the court have been crucial to the Pacers’ performance, and his leadership played a key role in securing this important victory over the Memphis Grizzlies.

#2. Deshawndre Washington, a 6'7" guard and 25-year-old Aggies alumnus from the class of 2023 who currently plays professionally in Lebanon, delivered a stellar performance leading Sagesse to a narrow 96-93 victory over the ninth-ranked NSA (0-2) in the Lebanese Decathlon Lebanese Basketball League on Sunday night. Washington was named the MVP of the game, showcasing his dominance by recording a double-double with an impressive 35 points and 15 rebounds. In addition to his scoring and rebounding, he contributed 4 assists and 2 blocks over the course of 40 minutes on the court. This win improved Sagesse - Al Hekmeh Beirut's record to an undefeated 3-0, placing them second in the league standings as they continue their strong start to the regular season. Washington’s outstanding performance against NSA was a key factor in securing this victory, as his scoring prowess and all-around playmaking kept his team ahead in a tightly contested matchup. His exceptional effort was further recognized by eurobasket.com, which awarded him the prestigious Triple-Double Badge, underscoring his remarkable versatility and all-around impact on the game. Individually, Washington is having an excellent season, boasting impressive statistics that rank among the best in the league.    #3. Polish shooting guard Anthony Wrzeszcz, standing at an impressive 6'4'', is a 22-year-old talent who graduated from New Mexico State in 2026 and currently plays professionally in Poland. In a recent matchup on Sunday night, Wrzeszcz played a pivotal role in leading WKS Slask Wroclaw to a commanding 96-84 victory over the closely-ranked GTK, who hold a 2-3 record, in the highly competitive Polish Orlen Basket Liga. In just 23 minutes on the court, Wrzeszcz delivered an outstanding performance by scoring 16 points and recording 3 steals, a remarkable feat considering that this is only his rookie season in professional basketball. This season marks Wrzeszcz's first year with WKS Slask Wroclaw, and he has quickly established himself as a valuable player within the squad. At 36 years old, Sy brings a wealth of experience and skill to his team. However, in their recent game last Wednesday, he was unable to lead Lietkabelis (with a 3-3 record) to victory. Despite Sy’s strong individual performance, Lietkabelis was defeated 80-66 at home by the higher-ranked Manresa, who are positioned as the #3 team.
