#1. BJ Fitzgerald, a 6'6'' guard who graduated from Virginia St. in 2023 and received the All-CIAA First Team award, currently plays professionally in the Dominican Republic. In a recent game, despite his stellar performance, Fitzgerald was unable to lead his team, the Gigantes, to victory. The Gigantes, who are in second place with a record of 16-7, suffered a 93-89 defeat at home to the Reales, who are ranked fifth in the Places 1-6 group. Despite the loss, Fitzgerald showcased his skills by being the top scorer of the game with 25 points, in addition to contributing 9 rebounds and 5 assists during his 33 minutes on the court. With only three games remaining in the Second Stage, each match is crucial for the Gigantes as they aim for success. Throughout the season, Fitzgerald has maintained impressive individual statistics, averaging 20.1 points per game (ranking third in the league), along with 5.0 rebounds and 3.7 assists. His consistent performance highlights his importance to the team as they strive for success in the upcoming games.

Elijah Moore, a towering 6'8'' forward and 31-year-old Trojans alumnus from the class of 2017, played a pivotal role in helping his team clinch the CIAA Northern Division Regular Season Co-Champion title that year. Currently, he showcases his skills in the ECBL, where he recently led the Petersburg Cavaliers to a resounding 102-91 victory over the Carolina Thunder with an impressive performance. Moore's stellar play earned him the title of MVP for the game, as he achieved a remarkable double-double by scoring 35 points, securing 11 rebounds, and contributing 3 assists. Despite the Petersburg Cavaliers holding an 11-2 record this season, Moore's standout abilities have shone through. This marks his seventh year with the team, during which he has consistently displayed outstanding performance on the court. His recent stellar display against the Carolina Thunder not only secured the win for his team but also earned him the prestigious Triple-Double Badge from eurobasket.com, further cementing his status as a champion player. Individually, Moore is having an exceptional season, boasting impressive statistics with an average of 28.1 points per game, 8.4 rebounds per game, 3.5 assists per game, 1.2 blocks per game, and 1.4 steals per game. His remarkable skills and contributions highlight his prowess as a true champion in the league. Furthermore, Moore's basketball journey includes experience as a former player in the renowned Eurobasket Summer League, recognized as a top platform for players aspiring to pursue basketball opportunities overseas.
