    TTT Riga - Tsmoki-Minsk 73-63

    TTT Riga clinched EWBL title. They overcame a slow start to tame Tsmoki-Minsk in the championship game. The hosts trailed by 7 points after first quarter, but they rallied back to get the 5-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 73-63. Center Aija Brumermane (192-86, agency: Basket Promotion Agency) fired 12 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists for the winners. American guard Sheylani Peddy (170-88, college: Temple, agency: LBM Management) chipped in 13 points and 8 rebounds. Five TTT Riga players scored in double figures. Center Viktoryia Hasper (192-88) produced 17 points and 9 rebounds and American Danielle McCray (186-87, college: Kansas) added 16 points and 8 rebounds respectively for lost side.

    Rostov fired past Zabiny Brno to celebrate the Bronze medals. The guests took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But Zabiny Brno won third quarter 19-11. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. The game was decided in the last minutes when BC Rostov won last quarter 17-9. Center Ekaterina Osipova (187-97) fired a double-double by scoring 20 points and 10 rebounds for the winners. Point guard Daria Prosolupova (170-94) chipped in 12 points and 4 assists. American forward Marques Webb (185-95, college: Vanderbilt) produced a double-double by scoring 19 points and 17 rebounds and Natalie Stoupalova (185-98) added 8 points respectively for lost side. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
