Paris Basketball celebrated EuroCup 23/24 title. They overcame JL Bourg on the road to complete the sweep of the championship series. The guests trailed by 3 points at the halftime before their 46-35 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. 24 personal fouls committed by Bourg helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. American-North Macedonian point guard TJ Shorts (175-1997, college: UC Davis) orchestrated the victory by scoring 22 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists. Finnish Mikael Jantunen (204-2000, college: Utah) contributed with 15 points for the winners. Shorts is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Canadian forward Isiaha Mike (202-1997, college: SMU) replied with 16 points and 6 rebounds and American point guard JeQuan Lewis (185-1994, college: VCU) added 6 points and 8 assists in the effort for Bourg. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
