    Dinamo Sassari celebrated FIBA Europe Cup title. They lifted the trophy after beating Wuerzburg on the road to complete the sweep of the championship series. The guests trailed by 1 point after three quarters before their 17-14 charge, which allowed them to win the game. Canadian forward Dyshawn Pierre (198-93, college: Dayton) orchestrated the victory by scoring 19 points and 7 rebounds. American point guard Jaime Smith (190-89, college: Al.-Huntsville) contributed with 15 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. American point guard Cameron Wells (186-88, college: Citadel) replied with a double-double by scoring 18 points and 10 assists and his fellow American import guard Skyler Bowlin (190-89, college: Missouri So.) added 20 points and 5 assists in the effort for s Oliver Baskets.
